The staff is always accommodating and they worked with us when situations arose. Our items were always kept safe and we never had any issues getting into the gate or getting into contact with someone. We did use an outside storage and items were very dusty when we retrieved them so I would recommend an indoor unit. We were able to collect our items and cancel our unit in the same day.
