We loved our experience with ExtraSpace Storage. The check-in/reservation and the check-out processes were seamless. We felt very confident that our storage unit was safe and secure. They have security camera all around the property. The staff that we spoke with were also extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this if you’re in need of a storage unit in College Station.

Easy to get to and the facility and unit are both very clean, and the grounds are very secure. I've had my unit since May 2023 and the rental rate had gone up twice in that time for a total so far of 45% increase to original rate. I understand keeping up with market rates, however 45% is crazy and there are similar units within town that have cheaper, non-introductory rates.
