With is up with this place, why all the price being jacked up every month. The photo below explains alot about they operate. At first when I got this unit they were called CubeSmart. I started paying $60 for a 10 by 10 unit, with no amenities. Then Extra Space Storage took over and jack up the price 10 bucks which wasn't bad. After a couple months the price is started going up end up to 100 dollars then my unit got broken into and I switched to a 5 * 10 units which started out to be 31 dollars, now they jacked up the price 11 more dollars and this is one month later. Check out the photo below and tell me what you think. I don't know if this is normal business practice but I highly doubt it. And I'm very unhappy with the way things are going and I'm about to remove my stuff from this location and find a storage unit that will keep their prices at One price I've been a loyal customer for 4 years I don't know why they want to lose my business this bad. But if this price Jack keeps continuing I won't be with this company much longer I'm unsure if this is to compensate for the lack of security but they want the public to support they're upgrades which I think the company should be responsible for, and not charge the public for their maintenance issues or lack thereof. I think the Better Business Bureau should look into this and shut them down for misrepresentation

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!MAJOR BRAKE IN'S my unit got broken into and after speaking with another customer this had happened to several other units. The other customer told me that staff and the manager knew about all the brake in's for weeks nows and never notified ANYONE! Police have been called and everything. Gate was also wide open when we showed up as well. Staff seems to not care at all which I find suspicious! After walking the property a majority of the units have been broken into or are vacant from customers leaving due to the theft. This has been an ongoing problem since extra storage space took over late last year. Theft was never an issue here when this use to be a CubeSmart. I stayed up all night moving my stuff out immediately. I called customer service twice and was told the manager would reach out and they never did. This is looking like an inside job because they don't care despite being told my numerous customers over the brake ins.
