In downsizing my storage, I made the huge mistake of switching to another storage company closer to my residence. It was a horrific experience. One or both elevators would be out. The location was not as clean. One employee was extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and volatile. I have now switched back to ESS Communications Drive. SJ keeps the place clean and everything working in order. She is so dedicated and an excellent manager. Bree was helpful too the day I returned to secure storage with ESS Communications Dr. Grateful again to have a clean and safe storage place!
