The first 6 months at this place were fine - but buyer beware, they will DOUBLE the price of your unit in the name of *market fluctuation* after that six months. Additionally, be sure to routinely check on your stuff - I opened my unit on July 3 and found that everything was inexplicably covered in dirt and debris. When I went to the office to inquire about what happened, the answer was "We had to do roof maintenance and we didn't know it would make everything dirty inside the units." They admitted to having no intent of letting the renters of the affected units know about what happened to their stuff. After I called them nearly a week later because no one followed up, I was told I could get a $50 refund (the price of the unit is $163 per month). I was told that because we didn't have insurance, the damage THEY did to my things "because roof maintenance has to be done" was not their responsibility. There was no letter to us BEFORE the maintenance explaining risks of leaving the unit occupied during roof maintenance and surprise - they say contractually they have no obligation to keep my things protected, sheltered, or in tact without insurance. My mistake I guess. Pathetic sharks these people are - and for all the positive reviews that have gone up in the last few weeks...I'd encourage you, if you're in building C, to go check on your items which very well may be covered in filth. We are moving out this Sunday.
