The unit has served us well over the last year during our move back. We enjoyed that it wasn't in the middle of town and relatively easy to get in and out of. The gate adds an extra layer of security too. If anything my only complaint is the inclines but if you have movers it will be a non issue..plus it is the Hill County sort of comes with the territory.
