I called the Extra Space in Spicewood to get some information on my rental unit, Peter answered the phone and was above and beyond helpful! When we were done talking, I hung up the phone in amazement over the excellent customer service that I recieved! Peter was super professional and knowledgable! I can’t begin to explain how much Mr. Pete has helped me and my roommate in his short tenure at this location!! We’re in the process of switching units. He came in on his day off and showed me all the listing options that were available and within our budget. This storage space has been great for the time I’ve needed it. The easily accessible location allowed me to go through my things at my own pace and get things sold so I could downsize. The fact that as a newly widowed woman I could go to this property alone at night and feel completely safe says a lot. Everytime I’ve reached out to the office I got a local human who was easy to talk to as well as kind and personable.
