This is no longer 10 federal but they are using the good reviews of the 10 federal customers.... I have several storages here that I just vacated because the place i trashed now debris everywhere. They led the old manager on who worked and managed this place for years as soon as they switched there name they fired him while telling him they will let him know. Now units are left open and trash everywhere and the female managers mean mug you

We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience and the frustration caused by the condition of the property and interactions with our team. We aim to maintain clean, well-managed facilities and provide respectful service to all of our customers. Please contact us at 888-STORAGE so we can look into these concerns further and assist you directly.

It’s only been a few days that I got the storage unit and already have concerns. So I called due to the previous rep I spoke to. Emerson promised me the world and of course promise was broken ??. I was going to leave a 1 star comment but decided to contact the 800 once again. Fortunately, the rep I spoke with this time was a gentleman by the of Chris. Very professional and explained I had spoken with a third party (which all along I thought it was the actual business that I was speaking with). He went ahead and assisted me and help me with my issue. Thank you very much Cris for your assistance. Five stars all the way across the board??????????

Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for any miscommunication but are grateful for Chris's professionalism and assistance in resolving your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and are here to help with any future needs.
