He's been one of the most diligent and polite people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He was great when I moved in a year ago and he's still providing outstanding customer service now. I’ve had an excellent experience with Extra Self Storage! The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. What really makes the difference, though, is Jack — he’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
