Everything seems new but had a really scary experience with the elevator on the right hand side, took me to a different floor than requested, stopped for like 1 minute and then made a horrible noise... also place smell really bad on third floor. Other than that storage unit is good and had a good and quick leasing experience.

The front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The facility was easy to access and very clean. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was welcoming and comfortable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others

I was so pleased with Jack. He was a God send. He was very courteous and professional. Extra patient ,Very rare now a days If I I had a business he would be my Number 1 choice. Thank you for helping me with the Storage ,Unit.! Elma Franceware I just moved my furniture today and again I appreciated the help from another employee Jacob who made it very easy for me to let them know I would not be needing the storage unit. This storage unit building was very clean and along with very nice helpful polite employees I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend. They provide you a cart to carry your belongings in. Doesn’t matter what floor you’re on either because there’s an elevator. Clean, climate controlled, & reasonably priced. Water in the lobby. There were 2 agents, both male & female, at the front desk and they were both friendly & welcoming to my boyfriend & I. Thank you both!
