Pros: The place is clean. Access is easy. The set up and app are easy to understand and user friendly. I truly felt my belongings were totally secure the entire time. Cons: there is fine print that says that whenever they want, they will double or even triple the monthly fee and it will just keep going up and up. They claim it is based on the surrounding area and what people are paying. But they are the only ones in the area with climate control storage. They buy up all the other storage places. They intise you with a reasonable price and then a couple mo ths later double it. Saying that is what people are paying for these size storages. Yeah cuz you se tall the prices. We aren't stupid. Then you think your goving us a deal by doscou ting it 20-30 bucks.. after you just doubled it. That's not a deal. It sucks for people that have no choice. The only reason it has 3 stars is the security of people's things. And how clean it was.
