First off Chris was is helpful he was there with me every step of the way. So I used the storage unit for 3 months and was out of state at that time. When I went back to get everything there was RAT DROPPING ALL OVER MY STUFF. If it wasn't for that totally 5 stars.

Firstly, I want to say that this is the first storage unit I have owned, and I moved in at the end of 2022 (it’s 2024 now) to put my things from my college dorm here. I really did like everything about my unit, the AC was always on, it was always clean… Had no security issues, but the only thing I hated is how much they raised my rent over time. Sometimes you can ask for a request to lower it but after the first or second time they stop lowering my rent, so I had to move out recently, but aside from that, I wouldn’t have moved my stuff, and I just returned to my things after basically two years, and it’s in perfect condition, all my items were cooled, nothing has been touched, spilled. The staff/manager that I called and talked to the most overtime was Chris, he was always really helpful and if not him, then some of the other staff usually answer the phone, so I had no issues here with Customer service either. Overall a great storage unit, loved it! but expect your rent to rise in six months and every couple months after that. Also, it would be nice to be able to open the storage unit without having to constantly press a certain button inside the building the moment it closes… But I mean, at least it locks so extra security.
