The storage building is super dark.It looks dangerous.I can't imagine what it would be like at night with so little lighting for anybody let alone a female and also i'm not gonna lie it smells a little bit in there.

Nice deal for large new units available (16×24). Second floor needs more light access for hallways, a bit dim. Thanks for the great customer service and promptness I look forward to a brighter access for safety as a female customer or any customer.

Customer service was great. However the units are incredibly dark. There arent many lights in the hallways and none in the unit. Its a safety issue that we cannot see down the hallway. If i wouldve known this prior, i wouldnt have chosen this company.
