Update Its been a month since my unit was robbed 2x. Still haven't heard from the insurance company or corporate. The (owner) doesn't even respond under my review, i guess because im filing a complaint. Police are still investigating and Ive even hired legal help because of the "gross negligence " of my belongings. No cameras on ALL the floors is crazy and insurance not even starting on my claim is even crazier. Like i said ive been at this storage 3 1/2 year . And i can't even get a response on my Google review 12/4/24....Update: I've been here for 3 years. Never had any problems until today. My unit was robbed and to my surprise there isn't a camera facing any of the units.Now that seems odd because who's watching over our belongings when we're not around. I've got HPD involved and they also thinks it sketch. Crazy part i couldn't even switch storages because there's no cameras facing any of the units. So they told me to leave my stuff there over night until the morning. Wow. Update 11/11/24 As predicted the robbers came back the next day and cleaned me out again. It was free for all at this point. Filed another police report they also asked about cameras, informed they were none. Corporate finally called and told me to file insurance claims and thier working on getting surveillance on the basement floor. That does me no good The ONLY bright spot was the regular store manager was back Q. Very professional sympathized with my lost and got me on the floor witconvinced.and was able to answer all my questions about insurance procedures. Besides him everyone else i talked to was ho hum about the situation. I will keep updating this post. I felt violated when I paid good money for my belongings to be secured. No cameras or gate over my unit is diabolical!!

This is my second time renting from here. Never had a problem everyone is always helpful. I rented this last time online and ended up picking a unit that was to small for my things I went to speak with the manager Quintin he was so helpful and took the time to show me other units and help me find the right size for my need. Great manager and very helpful.
