I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received from an amazing lady name Elizabeth in the office at this storage facility. She has been incredibly professional, kind, patient, and understanding throughout my experience. From the very beginning, she made me feel valued as a customer and took the time to answer all of my questions with care and respect. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond the way she does.
