She has been incredibly professional, kind, patient, and understanding throughout my experience. From the very beginning, she made me feel valued as a customer and took the time to answer all of my questions with care and respect. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond the way she does. Her positive attitude, excellent communication, and willingness to help made every interaction smooth and stress-free. She truly represents what outstanding customer service should look like. You can tell she cares about the people she helps and takes pride in her work. Because of her, I feel confident and comfortable keeping my personal belongings here. Staff in the office is great! The girl I spoke to one the phone was very helpful. Not sure if her name. And the manager Elizabeth was great and helped me to my storage and get in. Thanks to these two it made my transition a lot easier than expected being this is the first time getting a storage. So I am very appreciative of them! Thank y’all
