I'm thrilled to leave this review!! What started off rocky, ended as a true blessing! Whoever hired Alma, you need a pat on the back. She is such a sweetheart and she cares about your experience at Extra Space Storage. Her customer service skills are through the roof!! We had a problem and Alma fixed it immediately! As you know moving in itself can be a lot. But, I have to be honest....I look forward to seeing the staff here, because I know I'm going to get great customer service. They make the stress of moving not feel like stress, because of the bright attitudes and smiles they carry. I recommend storing your belongings here. Be sure to ask for Alma and tell her Kay sent ya!?? Happy moving!!??
