I truly only rented here because I saw so many positive reviews about Sunny. I was worried because it is a smaller complex and was concerned for safety. However, my experience here has been so easy going and I have no issues! I originally rented a 10x10 storage unit, but after packing up everything, while the movers were at the storage unit, I knew my things could not fit comfortably. I ran to the front and Sunny helped me and showed me a 10x15 instead and helped me navigate the changes in signing a new contract. It was such a smooth and easy process! Sunny is truly exceptional and idk what I would’ve done without her that day. What a life saver!!!!
