Once again I had the pleasure to have a storage unit with this company since 2021 when I got to Fort Hood after PCSing from Fort Riley. And never had any issues. Last year I got my second storage unit with this amazing company and still haven’t had no issues due to the amazing staff who is always professional. I lost my storage key two weeks ago, and he helped me out today so I could get back into my storage with no issues. It’s really important to also have patience and understand emotional intelligence when it comes to different customers and he is a stellar gentleman who kept his cool working in customer service and knowing what to do and say when handling various actions of customers. He was so nice and understanding and I really appreciated all his help today!! I will always recommend EVERYONE to get a storage unit with this outstanding company! ??????????
