One of the two elevators was not working when I went to locate my unit before the movers arrived. Later, during the move-in, the representative at the front desk came and accused my movers of breaking the elevator. I had to break-up the argument between the two. Explaining the elevator was not functioning prior to my movers arrival. Not a favorable first experience with your company. Additionally, the access doors and elevator doors close too quickly and impedes loading when you are storing a large quantity of items, i.e, a medium size household.
