I'm a 24/7 business it has been at facility for many years. Now that extra space has taken over it has changed their hours of gate access that throws a wrench into my gears of operation. Therefore I cannot reach my tools and parts to do the work I need to do . And can't pay my bills without this 24 hour option. So I'm moving to another 24 hour option. Sad to say I'd been here many many years never once a late payment. But this what they choose to do. Say it is what it is.

I would not recommend this property based on my experience. The overall condition of the property is concerning, and the common areas and surrounding grounds are often dirty and poorly maintained. It gives the impression that cleanliness and upkeep are not being treated as a priority. Another major issue is the management. When customers have concerns about the condition of the property or problems affecting the community, it does not feel like management takes those concerns seriously or responds with the urgency they deserve. Communication and follow-through have been very disappointing. There have also been serious incidents at the property that have made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsettling. A resident reportedly died inside their unit just yesterday, which has added to the concerns and uneasiness many people may already have about the property. I want to be respectful of the person who passed away and their family, but the incident has understandably contributed to my concerns about the overall environment. Overall, the property feels run-down, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of attention from management, people living in their units as homes and the concerning incidents happening around the property, I do not feel comfortable recommending this place to others. Prospective customers should carefully inspect the property, ask current customers about their experiences, and raise any concerns with management before signing a lease.
