????? I recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Richmond, TX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Liz made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, including the fees, policies, and what to expect going forward. She really forecasted the whole process out in a way that made it simple and easy to understand for anybody. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and patience were outstanding. On top of that, the facility itself was immaculate. The entire property and interior were incredibly clean and well maintained, which immediately gave me confidence storing my belongings there. The rates were also by far the most affordable option I found while shopping around. I can’t speak for every Extra Space Storage location, but this one in Richmond delivered stellar customer service, and that was primarily because of Liz. Highly recommend.
