I’ve never left a review like this, but the customer service here was unacceptable. I missed a payment after changing my card, which was my mistake. As soon as I realized it, I called and texted to pay. I had previously been told by staff I had a short window to avoid a foreclosure fee, and I responded that I absolutely intended to pay. When I finally got someone on the phone, I provided my card to make a payment. The employee charged my card for over $600 BEFORE clearly stating the total. When I immediately said I did not approve that amount, I was told “too late.” It got worse. The employee then called me a liar when I explained my previous attempts to contact the office, claimed I was making things up, and spoke to me in an incredibly disrespectful manner. On top of that, I was previously told my rate would remain around $200 for a year, only to have it increased to nearly $290. Late fees are one thing—but charging a customer without clearly disclosing the amount first and then insulting them is unacceptable. I strongly recommend recording every interaction if you do business here.
