Stay away they have rats. My husband any I move from mystorage where we never had a problem because our rate went up. We moved here and I asked if they had rats when I got the storage since I saw a pest box at the front. The rep said they didn't. When I told them there were dropping in my until that we found on some mats they said they'd cover the damage since we have insurance just to take pictures. I asked if they were going in there to kill whatever they said no. It's not their fault if people bring food in.. Are you kidding me? My husband went to go check the unit and their was rat poop smeared on all our clothes which we have in plastic bags. He said it looked like a rat wiped his butt on our clothes. I asked them if they were going to dry clean and clean out my unit they said they weren't responsible and could not go in our unit without us. I the woman that I was leaving and back to a place with no rats and the woman on the phone had the nerve to tell me good luck. I told her I couldn't believe how she was speaking to me and she said that I was rude to her...hello there are rats in my unit and you are doing nothing about it. We pay almost 200 a month and you're like oooo you have insurance. If my husband get sick from handling rat feces no one is going to help us. I really feel like just tossing everything in our storage out. Thousands of dollars of things because I feel like everything is damaged.
