Getting a unit set up was simple and those I talked with on my various phone calls (I ended up calling back a couple times to clarify things with my husband.) I am drawing an absolute blank on the names but each one was kind and helpful as I navigated my own insanity.

I was in need of a last-minute storage unit and Extra Space Storage just so happen to be near my home. I took a chance to stop by to see if they had any specials and Ron Conway couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. Within 20 minutes, I was leaving the facility, with a contract, for Extra Storage to house my things. I felt appreciated and if I was the only customer they had.
