We can, of course, choose other self-storage locations, but I encourage you to evaluate the Extra Space Storage in Round Rock just off Rm 620. You’ll be delighted to meet Elena and Martha. They are exceptional helpful, friendly, and professional. My experience transitioned from customer service to customer satisfaction. :-) ?The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Have to say the staff here is outstanding and the facilities are very well kept. Every time I walk in, the halls are very clean and I can access everything i need easily. I recently spoke over the phone with Elena regarding a unexpected price increase i was not aware of. Elena walked me through the process and gave me a few options to resolve my issues. Her customer service skills are top of the line, she really does care. I arrived the day we agreed upon for transfer and was met with another extremely helpful representative named Esther. Esther was already aware I was coming in and had units ready for us to walk even though we never spoke about the issues, due to Elena's fantastic communication skills relaying all the information, & Esther's impressive adaptabilty & preparedness, the walk was seamless. Esther showed amazing customer service, strong will to also help find the best option available and overall, was fantastic. If you're looking for affordable deals to store your personal belongings and a staff that actually cares, this is the place!
