I have mixed experiences after some 5 years renting a storage unit at this branch of Extra Space Storage -- Extra space? Or, extra rent. By now, they've fixed the gates to the outdoors, and the elevators, but it took long. The staff has always been hard-working and very helpful. My main gripe is that they increase the rent every 6 months, once they got your personal things. More than that, they won't face you about the rate increase. They'll send you an impersonal card in the mail. 5 days before you have to pay lots more, you get a Text to your cell #. But I have to admit that sometimes they've lowered the rent increase, or given me other options. Otherwise, I from my study of the competition, I think they are now the best, and are very near a a Freeway.
