I just wanted to thank the folks at Extra Space Storage Stone Oak for their excellent service! The staff does an outstanding job, helpful, friendly and professional. The facility is very clean, climate controlled and set at a nice comfortable temperature to work. Easy access to the units and flat roller carts are provided free of charge. Very competitive rates. A seamless and easy move in. I highly recommend!

Storage unit was originally Noah’s Ark - then Extra Space storage. Lovely facility from day one. But $$ kept increasing. When Public Storage opened up nearby — intro prices were a third for essentially same size unit. No effort was made to keep my business. But the facility and staff were always terrific!!

Great customer service! This facility is very clean, climate controlled, provides carts, has a covered unloading area and bathrooms. I rented two units. The first one I rented online, which was very easy. Then I called to rent the second unit, because I wanted it to be close to my first unit. Mike was super helpful and found me a unit just steps from my first one. I used the 4th of July special and prepaid a few months to get a great deal. They do require insurance, so be sure to check your homeowner's policy as storage unit rental was covered under mine. They can also provide insurance for an extra fee. All the paperwork was done online, then I quickly received an email with instructions on how to get into the facility and retrieve the lock for the door. There is a one time fee of $19.95 for the provided lock, which is cheaper than if I had bought this particular lock myself. There is also a one time admin fee. The onsite office person was very cheerful and helpful.

This is a hidden gem! Great location, clean and very well managed. Tall (easily fits a local moving truck) covered bays with instant access to the entrance and elevators. Flat moving carts provided are such a great asset. Safe, secure and convenient.
