Great experience at Extra Space Storage. Grant was super helpful and responsive the entire time, which made everything easy and stress-free. We stored our vehicle there and had no issues. One of my favorite features was the phone app—it made access really convenient since I could open the gate right from my phone. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

Very friendly, caring and professional here. Besides having nice, neat storage units in great condition, you’ll enjoy using an app to open the gate entrance alternatively from those pain in the butt codes that are so easy to forget. So easy! Best part here are the people though — not kidding, you’ll really know they’re listening and caring. That’s why I’m taking the time to put a few words together here. More than once I’ve had them call just to remind me on my payment day, rather than just letting me have a late fee. That’s monumental and having rented at some 20 different businesses thru the years, I’ve never experienced that before. Silver star guys, thank you.

I highly recommend this facility. Grant is very hardworking and prompt. Just watch out if you pay monthly because they will increase rates after a couple of months.
