I'll keep this short: I'd give 0 stars if I could because that's how much this place is worth. My family has used this place for years to keep all of our precious things. Childhood memories, heirlooms kept to be passed down, family records, things to be revisited. All auctioned off without a peep. Apparently when the credit card being used to auto pay was changed at the start of 2025, the information was entered incorrectly by a clerk and payment was never processed. We were never notified. Less than 2 months later in March, our units were gone, and we didn't find out until my sister tried to get in September 2026. You think your stuff is safe and it's just gone. Think of all the money already spent on storage all the years prior just for it to be wasted. This was essentially the most expensive way for us to throw away priceless heritage and memories. Absolutely worthless, this place.
