Claudia was very helpful, took her time to show me a couple of spaces and shared all the benefits, hours of accessibility and details that I needed to know. Great customer service! Update: Rate increase was almost doubled of my initial amount. The reason they gave me for the price increase was because they were full and they wanted new customers...she also stated that their going rate was $169.00 let than what my increase was going to be. personally that is a dumb reason for the price increase...
