Although I had to move storage units, because my 6 month contract had expired the office was unable to renew my contract and suggested I go on line and get a 4th of July special. The new price was cheaper than my monthly price increase and I accidendly purchase a smaller unit. The office was able to cancel that contract and do the same size unit at 'on-line' price. It is a small inconvience to move my belongingings I just wish the OFFICE was able to renew my same unit at the on line pricing. I've mentioned to the office that storage had rodent droppings and hope they address that. Overall very pleased with the Storage Facility (thumbs up)
