Kimberly did a great job from day one. First she Voluntarily extended a small discount and explaining the transfer process to me which kept me from ending my contract and moving to another storage facility. Then she followed up in a professional manner when a smaller unit became available on my same floor and walked me through the transfer process saving me a significant amount of money per month, but also incentivizing me to stay here at this Storage facility instead of one of the many others available in the San Antonio area Thank you Kimberly

Well, since Corey is no longer with them, I discovered two awesome ladies that were extremely informative and knowledgeable of the company. They were helpful in every way possible. Rates vary, but competitive. Love them!!

I’ve had my storage for about 4 months already and have never had any issues. I recently wanted to upgrade to a larger unit and Kimberly made the process super easy and stress free. She was very helpful and super sweet! Would definitely recommend this storage to friends and family.
