I thought my things that my brother gave me after passing away were in safe keeping at least whn I left it!!! Whn I went this past weekend to finally take things out omg it was so disgusting there was rat urine & rat feces all over everything & if it wasn't urinated on or had rat feces on it it was all chewed up anything & everything plastic was chewed thru!!! Whn I left my things the 1st time there were no holes in the wall whn I went on Saturday there were huge holes in the wall I guess how they got in there were even dead rats in there omg it was just heart breaking to see everything just destroyed whn I go tell the manager I thank the manager at least being honest and telling me they've been having an ongoing problem with the rats I just wish they would have told me that so that I could have gotten my things out a long time ago!!!! Corporate needs to step it up & do something already or close this place dwn until they do
