Simple and very easy to get a storage space without speaking to a person. Lock and paperwork were in my unit when I moved in. They also gave a courtesy call afterwards to make sure all was ok. The app is easy to use and works. Open and close gates without having to touch the pin pad. Units are drive up!! Honestly the best storage facility by far.
