I update my review each time I move to a new unit, every 6 months. The space is clean, climate controlled and high quality. I've been renting since 2016. You get promotional rate for 90 days followed by 'Normal' rate for 90 days, followed by double that. After 8 years I still have to play the new customer game since they have no loyalty or established customer policy. Corporate is all about the money. Having said all that, the staff is always amazing, helpful and understanding. They do everything they can to be helpful.
