I rented a boat storage spot here for about 2.5 years. My rate started at $55/month and eventually increased to $174/month for the exact same spot. The original price clearly felt like an introductory rate to get me in, and the worst part was I wasn’t notified of the increases — I would simply notice the higher amount after they charged me. The boat storage itself was on the side of a hill and extremely unlevel, and getting anyone to answer the phone was nearly impossible. Going from $55 to $174 for the same unlevel parking spot with poor communication was enough for me. I would not recommend storing your boat here.
