Update: Four years later, and I am still thankful for Extra Storage! Marie is always so kind and never makes me feel like my questions or requests are a burden. She has made sure that my experience with the Harmony location has been top-notch. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Marie!! My experience has been fantastic! Moving/relocating is always a stressful situation, but Misty saved the day! Misty was patient and friendly and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about renting my space. The facility is also very clean, even the customer bathrooms! A wonderful first impression goes a LONG way, and Misty exemplifies management and customer service at its best. Thank you!!
