My location was recently purchased by Extra Space. Rates were increased but it sounds like there might be some improvements to make up for that. (One being regular pest Control) The management seems kind and attentive. My initial interactions while making changes to my lease were positive. If you're a new renter and they offer a great deal, you can prepay for up to 2 years to lock in that price. Otherwise the flash deals only last 3 months.
