Im here at Extra Space Storage 6401 managing the clean up to the site due to Hurricane Beryl. The site manager Carla Breaux may be one of the most caring people I have ever met. She treats tenants like family and friends. Particularly her elderly and disabled clients. Ive watched her fret over concerns of her tenants all week. It seems to be one of the few storage sites in the area that you feel safe. If you choose them to meet your storage needs, not only will your needs be taken care of you’ll probably end up with a good friend as well.

This was the best experience anyone renting a facility could have. Carla took her time with us and made sure we understood everything we needed to know. We were notified by phone our storage unit was damaged in Hurricane Beryl. We met with Carla, the onsite manager, who offered an alternative unit directly across the aisle from our current unit. Hurricanes are awful. It won’t be fun moving our stuff but we appreciate Carla for meeting with us and CARING about our situation.

The hospitality Carla has given me is just amazing. She showed me the units available and answered all the questions I had. This place is very clean and well kept. You get a gate code to go in and out of the property, cameras everywhere which is a plus. Definitely a great place to store our belongings.
