Would not recommend what so ever, they steal your things , you never think it would happen to you especially with a place with good review. I had several things stolen from my unit. I reported to them but ofcourse they could care less, since I did not have insurance, I was under the impression that I did since I originally had it with the company prior to this before it was bought from them , however that was not the case and the facility took advantage of it. I honestly think they took advantage of the fact that at one point it was close to being auction off and decided to grab what they wanted however I paid my dues and fees to avoid that and they assured me my unit was okay. Fast forward a few months of me paying my monthly bill i decided it was time to move my thing due to it being far from me and needing my things closer I come to find out im missing several thing from unit I reported it to them and ofcourse they could care less , I’m taking it as a lesson learn but if I can warn other people about it I will, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY STEAL FROM YOU!! To respond to the answer they just now provided below cause unfortunately It doesn’t give the option to reply, I did contact your office SEVERAL times asking yall take a look at the camera since yall say it’s “secure “ yet was given the same result that yall could care less , what difference will yall make now then when I first reported to yall??!
