I renter a unit in January of 2026 I was able to get a great deal for a 4 month rental; I then asked if ai could switch units since i was going to be removing about half of my items in May. The management agreed and I got another 4 month price that was locked in. These people are very friendly. I even had a hard time moving a dresser due to my keys falling behind them and the sweet assistant manager moved the dresser for me!! That’s going above and beyond in my book. Great experience, very clean and always answers the their phone.. the pricing was fantastic. Thanks again Extra Space and Storage in Bluffdale, Utah

I am a customer at this facility and have made my payments like clockwork every single month for close to a year. Today, on the exact date my payment was due (the 27th), I received a call asking for payment as if I were past due. The manager said my payment was due the previous day which isn’t the case. When I clarified that today was, in fact, the due date and questioned why I was receiving a demanding call when there hasn’t been an issue the manager became defensive and hostile. Rather than handling a simple payment inquiry professionally, she resorted to passive-aggressive comments, stating she would "never extend kindness to me ever again." Thermal threatened to hang up on me. When called out on this unprofessional demeanor, she offered a classic non-apology ("I'm sorry if you took it that way") rather than taking actual accountability. This type of behavior from a manager is completely unacceptable. Customers who pay on time every month should not be subjected to hostility or passive-aggressive games over routine billing. I expect far better management and customer service from this company.

We sincerely apologize for your experience. As a loyal, on-time customer, you deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. We take this matter seriously.
