Reserved a trailer/RV space online. That process was simple. Because they required a copy the vehicle registration and my ID I was requested to go to the office location and give them a copy. I show up to the office on my move in date DURING business hours and there is a sign in the window that no one is available and that someone would return in another hour and a half. I run an extremely tight schedule and had to return to work in a half hour. I called the number and they said they were understaffed and the office attendant had to go to another property. I told the individual I could not wait and my gate code did NOT work. I realized my code worked at another gate down the road. I enter only to find my reserved spot was not there at all. He then tells me he finally received instructions from the office person that my reserved location is at the end of the road where there is no code to enter a gate, it basically stays wide open all day. I didn't feel secure leaving my trailer and UTV there unsecured. He was condescending saying an email ALWAYS goes out explaining the instructions and information and I should have known. I told him I had NOT received any email or instructions of any sort. I ended up driving off because I couldn't wait for the office staff to show up and I was disgusted by the condition of the lot I was supposed to leave my expensive items at, overgrown weeds, not secure, open gate, trash everywhere, etc. No staff during business hours, no instructions, no knowledge of what I was supposed to do to "move in". Extremely frustrating situation. Poor management, poor conditions, poor communication. Do not recommend.
