He was polite and quickbut had all these extra fees and it ended up costing me more than the storage I just pulled my stuff out of and I don't like how I went through online and the price was $48 but I'm being charged $52 a month that's not wat it said when I signed up online. To many hidden fees. It was quick and he was very polite don't get me wrong but all the price jumping is uncalled for.Thanx There was no issues with Brian but there is issues with the prices jumping around and false advertisment though.

Came to unload a trailer and truck full of things into my storage shed. The gate would NOT OPEN! There were several other people that came to access their storage shed also. We called the 1800 number for help and they called the manager in. He couldn't fix it, so he made several calls to get someone to come and address the issue with no avail. After two hours of waiting we and several others left. One lady was from washington and needed to get things out before the drive home. I would recommend looking at another storage facility.

Stored here for a year and had a great experience; everything was convenient. The manager, Brian, was very accommodating. No access issues either like I've had at other storage units.
