Brenda was great on the enitial visit and helped us out to make sure the size we got was the size we needed. Highly recommend. Also has CCTV on site.

VERY DECEPTIVE PRICING. My contract for a 10'x10' was $62/mo for the first 4 months (all paid upfront). 3 months in, I get a tiny note in the mail telling me that next month, my price is going up to $124/mo. When I called in to see whether that was an error, they immediately dropped me down to $93/mo with zero hassle. Online pricing for the unit shows $84/mo. This is all on top of a pretty awful onboarding experience where they assigned me a unit that appeared to be occupied when I arrived. No onsite staff were available to help. I called them for help, they said they'd call me back and never did. I called again 30 minutes later and they assigned me to a different unit. No apologies, no credits, nothing. I saw someone else wrote a similar review to mine, and Extra Space responded asking him to call in to discuss his concerns. That seems like a poor way to handle things. It seems to me that the only way to discourage this predatory pricing is for enough of us to complain loudly enough to scare away potential customers.
