They decided to almost double the rent of my storage unit in the middle of July, very strategically before all students would be putting their stuff in storage for homeless week. I only got a mailed notification (no text, call or email) which i didn’t see cuz i was out of the country. Lady was nice and gave me credit for a month, luckily, but man, watch your back cuz businesses like this in provo will destroy you poor college students.

We've used various extra spaces storage units for years. We are very unimpressed with this location. The gate has been "broken" 6 weeks which means it's just opened day and night for anybody to come cut locks and break into units, I've voiced my concerns to the manager and I was just told "it's getting fixed". It doesn't take this long to get a gate fixed. We don't feel our stuff is secure here,
