I had assistance with on-site sign-up from Mauriana and Hilary, two very pleasant and knowledgeable folks who took great care in getting everything in order. Had been a mistake made by the toll-free reservation center contact and it could have left me without a storage unit to suit my needs, these ladies worked it all out. Additionally, the location is very close to public rail service to the airport, very important to me.

Great customer service! Mauriana was so helpful, knowledgable, and kind. The place was clean, air conditioned/heated, with secure indoor units. Huge elevators and dollies made moving large furniture so easy! Aside from the great storage unit experience, we got to meet the resident squirrel that has a mini picnic bench filled with nuts and seeds. So cute and entertaining!
