on site staff is helpful, attentive and keeps the complex clean. Units are quite large and ceilings are high, therefore you’re getting a lot of space for your month-to-month payments. My only concerns with this location are; the access hours (7am-10pm, I work 8am to 9-9:30pm) and the overly aggressive, kinda threatening texts that are sent to you if you’re there after 10pm -AND- the location… it’s literally the wrong side of the tracks: the people I’ve encountered in the parking lot and around the building are… well: Scary. With a homeless shelter 4 blocks away and being a well priced climate controlled facility downtown, I’d expect a few non desirables, but more times than not I’ve had to circle thru the parking lot (usually at night) and come back during the daytime because of a people loitering, camping, or blocking the access door with their dodge charger while they use all the moving equipment and smoke in the entry with 5 or 6 other people just hanging out waiting for them… I’ve been stabbed in a mugging once, I don’t need to do that again, thanks. That and the exterior lighting at night could be better. Perhaps your corporate office could hire/pay someone to work after hours and make sure things are secure/rules are followed (I smell cigarettes inside the building more than I should.). That said, it’s a good place to store your belongings and I’m sure with time they’ll work out the kinks. Four stars!

Great Staff , Very Clean Units With Easy Access In and Out Of Property

Could not recommend them more! Such a convenient location, right off the freeway which makes for easy access to take things out of storage/put them in whenever needed. Super reasonable pricing, and the nicest & friendliest staff. I was dreading getting a storage unit as I was anticipating it to be a huge hassle and take tons of time, but I was able to get everything unloaded in 10 minutes thanks to their rolling carts available to use. Super clean facility all around, and ample security measures in place as well so that I have no doubt my unit is safe and sound. Overall, highly recommend!!

So clean, well maintained, and Christian the manager was very very helpful while I was there. Great place, plenty of space for a truck, friendly people and convenient location to downtown Salt Lake

It's not bad, but I've had better experiences at other storage places. The carpeting in the elevator isn't cleaned particularly well. The map link is broken but they've got a map by the entrance-- except it's in size 10 font and the motion sensor lights do not kick in and shine on the tiny letter-sized paper that details the locations of 200+ units on the floor. My storage unit still had some weird food stashed in there, left by the previous tenant in a nook, though it was supposed to be ready for immediate move in since I completed all the forms and agreements online. It also did not have a lock inside to use and I had to fetch one from the office. Front office staff was exceptionally helpful in getting the lock situation sorted out and are easily the best part about this facility. However, the state of the elevator carpet littered with random coin-sized debris and the random previous tenant's food (not to mention all the dust bunnies and some random bugs that squirmed away as I attempted to address the clumps of debris between the corrugated nooks) in my unit-- not to mention the inevitable price hike in a few months-- are what sours my impression. The lock they use is solely 1 cylindrical lock with no additional option to put on a padlock, which is also a step-down from my experiences at other storage places. The doors are roller-style garage doors and aren't reinforced. Visible outlets are everywhere. In larger cities, I would not feel safe, but I think it works for SLC since robbery ingenuity levels are still nowhere the levels of NYC or DC.
