Don't use this storage facility. I rented here out of convenience, but they are nothing but bait and switch on their prices and shrug their shoulders when you have a legitimate question. I recently went to my unit to drop off some stuff and noticed a hole chewed in the bottom of my sliding door. When I inquired about how to prevent/fix that from happening, the clerk immediately asked me if I had insurance. I told him that insurance didn't matter right now and wanted to know what their policy is for mice chewing underneath their units and potentially damaging my stored items. And NO, I don't have food or anything like that stored in the unit. He said he was new and didn't know what to do and would find out and contact me back. Never got a returned call, text, or email. You're on your own if you use this place.
