The process of getting started and checking in was simple. However, there was a one time set up fee that seemed a little bit unreasonable that was a surprise. Then thing that really turned me off about these guys is that they tell you that if you leave in the middle of a given month you don't have to pay anything past the move out date. But when I moved out they told be that the only way to get that money is if you haven't already paid for that month (corporate policy). So, if you are a responsible person and pay at the first of the month like they ask you to, you get penalized when you move out.

The facility was always clean. The staff (Nicolette) was always friendly and a pleasure to work with. Prices were right where I had expected them to be. Easy to start and easy to cancel. Very respectful. My last location had none of these qualities. I will rent from these guys again for sure!
