Clean place, very nice stuff, the price was right on the beginning but no even a month later after I rent the unit 10x15 my space go up a $100 more so I find a better price on a local storage unit place … and for a storage bigger.. that is th only down part rent with extra space storage units

The aisles are nice and wide and the units have high ceilings, so they accommodate lots of stuff. Easy access.

In the year and a half that I had the unit, I only got into it once to grab an item. After the rent was raised twice, I went to move out and discovered a good half inch of dirt and sand on everything. When I called to tell them I had moved my stuff out, and mentioned the grime, the response was, “Oh, we have fields around us.” No apology, nothing. What a mess to clean off of everything stored there. I could have rolled in the field and had a lot less dirt/sand on me than what was all over my belongings . Had they warned me, I could have chosen elsewhere or at least covered everything with a tarp. But no, the dollar reigns supreme! Unit 1007 is definitely not where you want to be!

I had an amazing experience working with ExtraSpace storage. I set two units up over the phone and the locks were ready when I came by. Everything was clean and fresh from the very beginning. They had an awesome deal where the first month was free; and, unlike every other storage unit that I’ve used in the past, the first month was actually free! Most other storage units advertise a first month free but have to pay for two months up front. As a member of the military, I had movers coming and only needed the space for two weeks. So I basically had a free storage unit and only had to pay for the lock, insurance, and administration fee. The staff was super friendly and even cleaned out the units for me once the movers were done picking up my stuff. In many places, I feel that the front desk staff often treat their guests’ questions like they are interrupting their day— but not this staff! I will definitely use ExtraSpace storage again in the future. I highly recommend this to both friends and family!
