Renting this storage unit for “temporary items,” which apparently includes furniture, boxes labeled “sort,” and a few unresolved life chapters. The unit was clean, secure, and way more organized than I currently am. Staff was friendly, access was easy, and nothing judged me when I stopped by more than once in a week. Honestly, it handled both my belongings and my emotional baggage with professionalism. Five stars — would absolutely store my past decisions here again.

Facilities are very clean and well kept, the staff overall has also been a very good experience. The reason for the low rating is that when I signed up they told me it would be a flat $80 monthly fee and then out of no where they suddenly changed my rate to $140 stating that the $80 rate was the start up rate. Frustrating because when I called and was getting everything setup no one mentioned this to me at all. Very much felt like a bait and switch situation and seemed very much like a scam to me.
