Our overall experience was good—helpful staff, reasonable hours, convenient location, clean facility. I’m just not a fan of my monthly fee being raised by over 50% every few months. It was just about to be raised a second time but fortunately we didn’t need the unit any more so we got out just in time. My advice to someone renting a storage unit? If you have the option, prepay for as long as you know you’re going to be in there to minimize surprise rate hikes.

I booked online, there was only one unit left my size. Process was easy. Drove there with a load. Unit was ready, clean and lock was waiting. A lady was walking the area, said hello. Positive experience.

I spoke with the manager as I needed to stay for a few more months than planned and Evan was so nice and called me back when he said he would in the time frame he said and It was such a pleasant interaction with him.
