If you want your rates to go up 20% every 3 months, this place is for you. Total scam preying on people like me who are too lazy to move. Currently at $370 for a 10x20. I started at under $200 2 yesrs ago. Locally owned companies don't bait you in with a cheap rate and then continually jack up the cost. Lesson learned.
