I was one of the earliest customers at this location and have been renting here for approximately 18 months. When I first moved in, the customer service from Brian and Dana was exceptional. In fact, after the first couple of months, I could have easily consolidated my belongings into a single unit. Instead, I continued paying for two large units because the service was that good. They treated customers with respect, were helpful, and made the experience worth it. Unfortunately, neither Brian nor Dana is there anymore, and the difference is noticeable. Most recently, after being on the property for less than five minutes loading camping gear, I was approached in a golf cart and immediately yelled at about my dog being off leash instead of being spoken to professionally. This was not the first interaction that left me questioning whether customer service is still a priority. Businesses often forget that their earliest customers help build their reputation. We leave reviews, refer friends, and support a business when it's just getting started. I was happy to do that because of the experience Brian and Dana provided. Customer service matters. It's the reason I kept paying for two large units long after I needed them, and it's the reason I'll now be looking for a different storage company. There are plenty of facilities offering competitive rates, move-in specials, and a customer experience that makes people want to stay. I wish the current team the best, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere as of July 25th
